Registration

Registration includes:

1. Participation in all sessions
2. All conference materials
3. Continental breakfasts (Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday)
4. Lunches (Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday)
5. Morning and afternoon refreshment breaks
6. Reception and Dinner hosted by the University of Washington (Monday, October 8th)
7. Gala reception and dinner at the Museum of Flight (Tuesday, October 9th)

Registration Fees:

1. $400.00 early registration by September 15th
2. $450.00 registration after September 15th
